  • You can try any of our postnatal fitness classes for FREE to make sure they are right for you and your little one. 
  1. Book your FREE Session using the schedule below.
  2. Click the button below to complete your health form, this must be completed before attending the class.

We have evening fitness classes in Hasland, Tibshelf and Chesterfield.

Block Booking - Any Evening Classes

You can book a block of 11 sessions to use for any of our evening classes:

  • PiYo – Mondays in Hasland.
  • Zumba – Tuesdays in Tibshelf.
  • Stronger – Wednesdays in Chesterfield.

These sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.


Single Sessions

You can check availability and book a single session through our booking system.
