Six weeks rebuilding your body safely and reconnecting to your core and pelvic floor with other like-minded mums. Six weeks bonding with your little one and using baby massage to connect with them.

For 6-weeks you will work alongside the same group of mums and their little ones. The workout will progress over 6-weeks to give you a strong, functional and connected core.
Over the 6-weeks of the course, we will learn how to massage different areas of your baby’s body, including routines to help colic, wind, teething, soothing and connecting with your baby.
After the session, we will have time to socialise with a cup of tea. During the session, there will be time to feed, change and settle baby as well as get the workout done.
I totally understand that sometimes baby will need you during the workout.

Baby Massage Course
- Over the 6-weeks of the course we will learn how to massage different areas of your baby’s body.
- This will include Baby Massage Routines to help colic, wind, teething, soothing and connect with your baby.
- Included in the package is your own at-home massage guide and bottle of natural coconut oil.
Postnatal Exercise Safety
Everyone’s birth and recovery is unique and you should only start to move more when you feel ready to do so, it’s best not to rush and to listen to your body.
Once you feel ready and have agreement from your GP that you are safe to exercise then we would love to guide you through safe exercise.
For a c-section birth it’s recommended that you wait until you are at least 12 weeks postnatal before taking part in exercise. For a vaginal birth it’s at least 6 weeks.
It is essential that you have had your postnatal check-up with your GP and completed our health form before attending our course or classes.

What should I wear?
Comfortable and cool layers / fitness clothing with trainers.
What do I need to bring for the baby massage part of the class?
We provide blankets and toys for the babies but feel free to bring your own too. Your package includes organic coconut oil for the baby massage part of the class.
What should I bring to the session?
Plenty of drinking water.
Baby’s favourite comforter or toy.
Everything you would usually leave the house with for you and baby.
