A strength training class for women! 

This class is for any woman that wants to train with weights with some fun and motivating coaching on how to do it safely.

A friendly and relaxed environment with options for all fitness levels. Using weights helps to strengthen your body and create great shape.

We use dumbbells and our own bodyweight to get great results. Everyone works to their own fitness level and will be coached on how to progress safely.

Prices and Packages

Block Booking - Any Evening Classes

You can book a block of 11 sessions to use for any of our evening classes:

  • PiYo – Mondays in Hasland.
  • Zumba – Tuesdays in Tibshelf.
  • Stronger – Wednesdays in Chesterfield.

These sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.


Single Session

You can check availability and book a single session through our booking system. 


Where and When...

Wednesday 7.15-8.00pm

In the Dance Studio at:

West Studios, Sheffield Road, Chesterfield, S41 7LL.

There is onsite car parking as you turn into the entrance off Sheffield Road (shown in image).


What should I wear for the session?

Exercise/Sports clothing and trainers.
A supportive bra/sports bra.

What should I bring to the session?

Drinking water and a sweat towel.

Do I need any experience?

No experience needed! We will coach you on how to use weights safely. The group is a maximum size of 12 paticipants so we can provide options for every fitness level.

I’ve just had a baby, is this class suitable for me? 

If you are postnatal we highly recommend you attend our specialised postnatal fitness classes before attending any regular fitness classes. It’s so important to reconnect to your core and pelvic floor before attending high intensity classes.
