At Move with Mumma we provide safe exercises to restore your core function and pelvic floor, build up your strength for daily life and help you through your postnatal recovery. We can help with diastasis healing (abdominal separation), c-section healing, restoring your posture and nutritional advice to heal your body and give you more confidence.
Our advice and help goes way beyond the session with support through the week including at-home exercises, food diary analysis and free healthy eating recipes.
Our 90 minute sessions are also baby focused, we use Baby Massage in Nurture Fitness (0-6 months) and Learn, Stretch & Play in Cherish Fitness (6-18 months) to spend time bonding with baby and helping to develop their senses.
