What do I need for the Challenge?

2 x DUMBBELLS or you can use 2 Big Bottles of Water instead!

It would be great to have a miniband and resistance band but these are not required!

Determination to Show Up
The habits we are going to create are going to set you up for life going forward! It doesn’t matter what time you can get into the group but be there to push yourself and pick others up, we will all be feeling the challenge and need each other.

Is this workout suitable for Postnatal Women?
I’m a postnatal specialist and I would not recommend any type of Shred or HIIT workout to anyone that’s just had a baby without having at least 6-months strength and core rebuilding first. Are there options through the workouts?

Yes, for any high impact moves there will be low-impact options. The exercises are mainly low-impact using weights. We will work to intervals to maximise fat-loss.

How long are the workouts?
Between 20 – 40 minutes. 

Do I have to do every workout (4 days a week)? I recommend at least 3 x workouts each week minimum.
