Life can get so busy and stressful, that we often spend our time focusing on the not-so-good things that are happening to us through the day.
There is something we can do to change our mindset for the day.
Try this daily for the next week: Everyday write down three things you are grateful for. This might be hard some days but try and stick to it and see how you feel at the end of the week.
