Buggy Fitness - Class Information

Buggy fitness for mum and baby. Our buggy fitness sessions include walking and safe postnatal exercise. Stop pelvic floor leaks and help heal diastasis.

Our groups are really friendly and welcoming and it feels great to work out in the fresh air.

  • – Strengthen and tone your whole body with low-impact moves like squats, lunges, modified pushups etc.
  •
  • – Work on your core and pelvic floor safely throughout the class for a stronger and flatter stomach.
  •
  • – Enjoy some social time with other mums whilst the babies are snug in their buggies.

Postnatal Exercise Safety

Everyone’s birth and recovery is unique and you should only start to move more when you feel ready to do so, it’s best not to rush and to listen to your body.

Once you feel ready and have agreement from your GP that you are safe to exercise then we would love to guide you through safe exercise.

For a c-section birth it’s recommended that you wait until you are at least 12 weeks postnatal before taking part in exercise.

It is essential that you have had your postnatal check-up with your GP and completed our health form before attending any sessions.
