Why attend a postnatal fitness class?
It is so important to reconnect to your deep stomach muscles and pelvic floor after having a baby. With a strong connected core you can build strength and reach your goals the right way.
By heading back to regular fitness without rebuilding, you can develop or worsen, pelvic floor leaks, back pain, diastasis and other injuries, even hernias and prolapse.
Our mummas end up stronger than ever after training the right way!
Postnatal Exercise Safety
Everyone’s birth and recovery is unique and you should only start to move more when you feel ready to do so, it’s best not to rush and to listen to your body.
Once you feel ready and have agreement from your GP that you are safe to exercise then we would love to guide you through safe exercise.
For a c-section birth it’s recommended that you wait until you are at least 12 weeks postnatal before taking part in exercise.
It is essential that you have had your postnatal check-up with your GP and completed our health form before attending any sessions.
