Buggy Fitness

Join us at Eastwood Park in Hasland for our wonderful Buggy Fitness sessions, you'll love being out in the fresh air! Boost your energy levels, melt away stress and feel good all over.

The sessions run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10.30am-11.30am.

Our outdoor Buggy Fitness sessions are a safe and effective way to get your body moving. Your postnatal healing  will always be considered in our workouts, we can help you lose body fat, feel stronger and get fitter with baby snug in their buggy.

Pelvic floor and core work will be included in the session, if this is something you'd really like to focus on then we highly recommend getting in touch about our indoor Move with Mumma sessions.

You can book a free taster session using the button below and class prices can be found here

More about the session

  • The sessions start with warm-up intervals and mobility exercises, we then increase the walking pace and work to intervals to increase the heart rate and burn fat.
  • All exercises are kept safe with low-impact (no running).
  • We strengthen and tone your whole body with moves like squats, lunges and all the good stuff like that.
  • Work on your core and pelvic floor safely throughout the class for a stronger and flatter stomach.
  • The session ends with a cool-down and some gentle stretches / releases.
