Join us at Eastwood Park in Hasland for our wonderful Buggy Fitness sessions, you'll love being out in the fresh air! Boost your energy levels, melt away stress and feel good all over.
The sessions run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10.30am-11.30am.
Our outdoor Buggy Fitness sessions are a safe and effective way to get your body moving. Your postnatal healing will always be considered in our workouts, we can help you lose body fat, feel stronger and get fitter with baby snug in their buggy.
It is essential that you have had your postnatal check-up and completed our health form before attending any sessions.
How long after giving birth can I join the session?
For a natural birth at least 6 weeks with agreement from your GP that you are safe to exercise. For a c-section birth at least 12 weeks with agreement from your GP that you are safe to exercise. Does the session run if it's raining?
Yes, wear comfortable layered clothing that will keep you dry in the event of rain and that you can remove if you get too hot.
Remember to bring your buggy rain covers.
