Course Information

After the session, we will have time to socialise with a cup of tea. During the session, there will be time to feed, change and settle baby as well as get the workout done. I totally understand that sometimes baby will need you during the workout.

We have our Mumma Fitness & Buggy Fitness classes for mums and babies who just want the exercise part and not the baby massage.

Baby Massage Benefits

Over the 6-weeks of the course we will learn how to massage different areas of your baby’s body.

Postnatal Exercise Safety

Everyone’s birth and recovery is unique and you should only start to move more when you feel ready to do so, it’s best not to rush and to listen to your body.

Once you feel ready and have agreement from your GP that you are safe to exercise then we would love to guide you through safe exercise.

We have a pre-screening health form that must be completed before any class so that we can help you with your recovery in the best possible way.

What should I wear?

Comfortable and cool layers / fitness clothing with trainers.

What do I need to bring for the baby massage part of the class?

We provide blankets and toys for the babies but feel free to bring your own too. Your package includes 100% coconut oil for the baby massage part of the class.

What should I bring to the session?

Plenty of drinking water.
Baby’s favourite comforter or toy.
Everything you would usually leave the house with for you and baby.
