PiYo is a low-impact stretch and strength Class. Build strength and improve your flexibility to fun music.

A fast-paced mix of Yoga and Pilates moves for all fitness levels.

This is a great workout for your body and mind.

PiYo is designed to build strength and improve flexibility.

Using only your body weight, you’ll perform a series of high-intensity moves (all low-impact) while working every muscle.

These dynamic, flowing sequences deliver real results through nonstop movement that burns serious calories and gets your heart pumping!

There’s no yoga experience required—just go with the flow in this energising, supportive class and stretch yourself to your full potential.

Prices and Packages

Block Booking - Any Evening Classes

You can book a block of 11 sessions to use for any of our evening classes:

  • PiYo – Mondays in Hasland.
  • Zumba – Tuesdays in Tibshelf.
  • Stronger – Wednesdays in Chesterfield.

These sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.


Single Session

You can check availability and book a single session through our booking system.

Mondays 6.30-7.15pm

Hasland Methodist Church, Hampton Street, Hasland, S41 0LH.


What should I wear for the session?

Exercise/Sports clothing and trainers.
A supportive bra/sports bra.

What should I bring to the session?

Drinking water and a sweat towel.

I’ve just had a baby, is this class suitable for me? 

If you are postnatal we highly recommend you attend our specialised postnatal fitness classes before attending any regular fitness classes. It’s so important to reconnect to your core and pelvic floor before attending high intensity classes.
