Zumba Fitness & Strong Glutes & Core

At Tibshelf Village Hall we do 2 classes back to back:

30-minutes Zumba Blast & 30-minutes Stronger (Glutes & Core).

You can attend one session or both.

Zumba Fitness

Zumba fitness is a high-energy cardio class to upbeat and fun music. You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba class.

“Ditch the Workout, Join the Party,” We move to the music and have a good time, no rhythm required!

All fitness levels welcome, we use easy-to-follow routines mixing low-intensity and high intensity moves.

Friendly and welcoming group, newbies always welcome.

Stronger Glutes & Core

New for 2020!

Straight after Zumba we will grab our mats and work on our glutes and core. 

  • – Wake your Glutes Up
  • – Avoid injuries
  • – Feel stronger in everything else you do
  • – Love your Shape

Prices and Packages

Block Booking - Any Evening Classes

You can book a block of 11 sessions to use for any of our evening classes:

  • PiYo – Mondays in Hasland.
  • Zumba & Glutes & Core – Tuesdays in Tibshelf.
  • Stronger – Wednesdays in Chesterfield.

These sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Single Session - Zumba & Stronger (Glutes & Core)

You can check availability and book a single session through our booking system. 

At Tibshelf it’s ok to pay on the night too.(Block booking is on the app only).

FAQs

What should I wear for the session?

Exercise/Sports clothing and trainers.
A supportive bra/sports bra.

What should I bring to the session?

Drinking water and a sweat towel.

I’ve just had a baby, is this class suitable for me? 

If you are postnatal we highly recommend you attend our specialised postnatal fitness classes before attending any regular fitness classes. It’s so important to reconnect to your core and pelvic floor before attending high intensity classes.
