Hasland Methodist Church Hall - Monday's, 6.45pm - 7.30pm.
Full body workout session for all fitness levels. No matter what your fitness level I will motivate, push and help you through the workout, I have options for everyone so don't worry if you are a beginner.
The great thing about HIIT is that you work to your own level during the intervals. It's a challenging and fun workout designed to for improve fitness, burn fat and build strength. Motivating music will help you through the workout. It feels tough during the class but great afterwards.

There is some free on-site parking at the hall and free parking on the roads around the hall.
Please select your class from the drop-down menu. You can add multiple classes to your basket and then pay for them all together.
Once booked please ensure you complete the Health Questionnaire before attending the class.
