who is this class for?

Pregnant women who have been exercising before pregnancy/through pregnancy so far.


is it safe to exercise during pregnancy?

If you have been taking part in regular exercise before becoming pregnant then it's great to continue through pregnancy, as long as your GP or midwife is happy with this. There is a prenatal health form to complete before attending any classes.

 

If you have not been exercising before pregnancy then it's best to talk to your GP or midwife about increasing your physical activity, such as walking, and it will be great to work on your pelvic floor too.
