Monday Motivation - Who Moved My Cheese

This book uses a short story to show different ways change can be dealt with. This story can be applied to your own personal or work life. This was one of my favourite quotes from the book, how many times do we stress and work ourselves up about a situation beforehand and then once its done think what was all the fuss about. I've done this lots of times when going to a different gym to run a class or starting a class in a new area. I've changed a lot in my work life lately and it has been scary, I maybe should have read this book a little bit earlier. Sometimes we need to embrace change and thrive on the uncertainty. I got my book 2nd hand for around £3 from Amazon.
